In vivo – ADME/PK

XenoBiotic Laboratories (XBL) maintains AAALAC-accredited, USDA-registered animal facilities. We are equipped to conduct in-life studies in rat (intact or bile/jugular vein cannulated), mouse and dog. XBL provides comprehensive radiolabel (³H or ¹⁴C) ADME study support across pre-clinical species. XBL has implemented the Debra LIMS system to guide ADME study conduct and analysis. Study types include:

• Tissue distribution (necropsy or QWBA)
• Metabolite radioprofiling and identification
• Pharmacokinetic (single or multiple dose/formulation screening)
